4. Physical Products (Founder’s Journal & Merch)


Physical products may be fulfilled through in-house fulfillment, third-party logistics providers, or dropshipping partners.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party production delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs fees

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by the customer

5. Digital Products

 

All digital products—including downloads, templates, trainings, and resources—are non-refundable due to the instant access to proprietary content.

Digital purchases grant one non-transferable, personal-use license. Redistribution, file-sharing, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

6. Courses & Memberships

 

By enrolling in any course or membership (including FBA 101, FBA 201, FBA 301, FBA 401, FBA MBA, The Student Union, or Founders Club), you agree to:

  • Pay all required fees

  • Abide by community guidelines

  • Not share login information

  • Not distribute course content

  • Not reproduce any portion of the curriculum

All enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to remove students who violate community rules or behave in a manner inconsistent with the safety and integrity of the community.

 

 

 

7. Accuracy of Information

 

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website and inside our products and programs. However, we are not liable for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
