Shipping for The Founder’s Journal (Physical Product)
Processing Time
Orders for The Founder’s Journal typically ship within:

Processing time may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping for Dropshipped Merch (Made-to-Order Products)
Our merch items (apparel, accessories, mugs, etc.) are produced and shipped through third-party printing partners.
Production Time
Each item is made-to-order and takes approximately:

Delivery Estimates

Please note: Production and shipping times may increase during holidays or major sales periods.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you reach out before the order ships, we will do our best to update the address — but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

Replacements may be issued at our discretion.
International Duties & Taxes
