Physical Products (The Founder’s Journal)

 

Order Processing & Production

All merch items are made-to-order through our dropshipping partners.

This means:

• Production typically takes 3–7 business days

• Shipping times vary based on your location

• Each item is printed/created specifically for your order

Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Size issues

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will absolutely take care of it.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fin@fba-edu.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing, as the system immediately pushes out to have the product printed or designed to fulfill as quickly as possible.
